How does Broadview Mortgage protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We limit access to authorized staff and contracted service providers.

How does Broadview Mortgage collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you
  • apply for a loan or give us your property information
  • give us your contact information and provide your employment information
  • provide your financial account information
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.

Why can't I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only
  • sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes-information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

How can I correct my information that you have? If the information that we have for you is incorrect, you may contact us by calling (714) 939-0100 and ask for Marketing or Compliance Department. You may also submit information to us through our Consumer Feedback form on our About Us website page. Prior to making any changes to your information, we will positively identify you.

How will you communicate changes to your privacy policy? From time to time, we may make changes to this Notice in order to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements, or for other purposes. If we change our privacy policy in the future, we will revise this Notice and post notice of the revision on our website. We may also send you an email describing the changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept the changes.

How can I notify you of concerns over misuse of my personal data? We take precautions to protect the security of your information. Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Broadview Mortgage doesn't share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • Broadview Mortgage doesn't jointly market.

Other important information California law requires that if a financial institution shares information with nonaffiliates, it must have the consumer’s consent – unless the service provided is in connection with the financial product or service requested or authorized by the consumer. Broadview Mortgage complies with California law and does not share information unless permitted by law.
